I was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for armed bank robbery back in 2002. During my incarceration, I rehabilitated myself, and turned my life completely around. I was released in January 2024. I provide positivity, encourage growth, and spread knowledge. I have become a pioneer in mentoring and educating the youth about crime, prison, and the importance of education. I’m a published activist of two educational books titled “Welcome to Prison”, and “Welcome to Prison 2”, a blogger, and a prison consultant to families and friends of the incarcerated. Lastly, I created and teach a prison mentoring program to incarcerated men that provides viable life and transitional skills to facilitate incarcerated men’s reentry back into society, and to combat recidivism. Throughout my many years of incarceration, I have accumulated a multitude of challenging, and revelatory life experiences that I often share for the edification of others. By perseverance, faith, and divine intervention during unimaginable circumstances, I have managed to transition over 20 years of negating prison conditions into a positive source of support and inspiration to the community which I’m affixed and to society in general.
